These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of myftds.com, the FTDS Success Center, FTDS digital resources, and other online services provided by FTDS Texas Group LLC, doing business as FTDS Systems (“FTDS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the FTDS website or online services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or online services.
1. About FTDS Systems
FTDS Systems provides books, educational materials, digital resources, tools, and related content designed to help adults learn about and implement the principles taught through FTDS Systems.

2. Educational Purposes Only
FTDS books, website content, Success Center materials, trackers, guides, articles, videos, downloads, and other resources are provided for general educational and informational purposes.
FTDS does not provide medical diagnosis, individualized medical treatment, or individualized medical advice.
Nothing provided through FTDS should be interpreted as a substitute for advice, diagnosis, or treatment from an appropriate healthcare professional.
Because FTDS discusses fasting, nutrition, exercise, weight management, visceral fat, and other health-related subjects, users should consider their individual circumstances and seek appropriate professional guidance when necessary.

3. No Guaranteed Results
FTDS does not guarantee any particular health, weight-loss, fitness, or other individual result.
People differ in factors including health status, lifestyle, consistency, diet, activity, age, physiology, and other circumstances.
Any Success Story, testimonial, photograph, or customer experience represents the experience of the person providing it and should not be interpreted as a guarantee that another person will achieve the same result.
4. Purchases
FTDS products may be purchased through third-party checkout services, including SamCart.
Purchases may also be subject to terms, policies, payment-processing requirements, refund policies, shipping terms, or other conditions presented during checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order.
5. FTDS Success Center Access
Certain FTDS purchases may provide access to private portions of the FTDS Success Center.
Access depends on the qualifying FTDS System(s) purchased.
Purchasing one FTDS System does not automatically provide access to resources associated with another FTDS System unless FTDS expressly states otherwise.
Customers who purchase all three current FTDS Systems may receive Complete Success Center Access to the Success Center resources associated with those three Systems.
Complete Success Center Access does not automatically include future FTDS products, programs, services, or resources unless FTDS expressly states otherwise.
6. Member Accounts
If an account is required to access private FTDS materials, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
You agree to provide accurate account information and not knowingly allow unauthorized individuals to use your account.
FTDS may take reasonable action to protect member accounts and restricted content if unauthorized access, credential sharing, abuse, or security concerns are detected.
7. Personal Use of FTDS Materials
Unless FTDS expressly states otherwise, FTDS books, downloads, trackers, guides, worksheets, Success Center materials, and other content are provided for the purchaser's personal, non-commercial use.
You may download and print resources made available to you for your own use.
You may also make additional printed copies of a tracker or worksheet for your own personal use.
You may not, without authorization:

Sell or resell FTDS digital resources

Upload FTDS downloads to public file-sharing websites

Distribute digital copies to others

Repackage FTDS content as your own product

Use FTDS materials to create a competing commercial product

Remove copyright or ownership notices

8. Intellectual Property
The FTDS website and its original content—including text, graphics, branding, logos, educational materials, downloads, guides, trackers, and other original materials—are owned by or licensed to FTDS Texas Group LLC, except where otherwise indicated.
FTDS Systems names, branding, designs, and other protected materials may not be used in a manner that falsely suggests affiliation, sponsorship, approval, or ownership.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of FTDS intellectual property to the user.
9. Success Stories, Testimonials, and Photos
Customers may voluntarily submit Success Stories, testimonials, photographs, or related material.
Submitting material does not automatically authorize every possible use.
FTDS will use submitted stories and photographs according to the permissions and release terms provided by the person submitting them.
The final release will specify the rights granted to FTDS.
FTDS may reasonably edit a submission for length, spelling, grammar, formatting, or presentation, but we will not materially alter the meaning of someone's experience.
10. Honest Reviews and Opinions
Nothing in these Terms is intended to prevent a customer from providing an honest review, assessment, or opinion about FTDS Systems or their experience with our products or services.
FTDS does not prohibit customers from expressing honest criticism or negative opinions about FTDS Systems, its products, services, or customer experiences.
11. Acceptable Use
Users may not use the FTDS website or services to:

Violate applicable law

Attempt unauthorized access to restricted portions of the website

Circumvent member-access controls

Introduce malicious software or code

Interfere with website operation or security

Use automated systems in a manner that materially disrupts the website

Submit fraudulent or intentionally deceptive information

Impersonate another person

Abuse Contact forms, submission forms, or other website features

Use FTDS services for spam, scams, or unrelated commercial solicitation
12. Third-Party Services and Links
FTDS may use or link to third-party services, including Wix, SamCart, payment processors, and other providers.
Those services may have their own terms, privacy practices, availability, and policies.
FTDS is not responsible for every aspect of independently operated third-party websites or services.
13. Website Availability
We intend to keep the FTDS website and Success Center reasonably available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
From time to time, access may be interrupted by maintenance, technical problems, third-party service outages, security issues, updates, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
14. Changes to FTDS Resources
FTDS may update, revise, improve, replace, or discontinue website content or Success Center resources when appropriate.
Nothing in this provision is intended to eliminate or reduce any specific product, service, access, or benefit expressly promised to a purchaser at the time of purchase.
15. Privacy
Your use of FTDS online services is also subject to the FTDS Systems Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy explains how FTDS collects, uses, and handles personal information.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, FTDS website content and online resources are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis without warranties that are not expressly provided by FTDS.
We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely free from harmful components.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to disclaim warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, FTDS Texas Group LLC and its applicable owners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of—or inability to use—the FTDS website or online resources.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
18. Indemnification
If appropriate under applicable law, users may be responsible for losses or claims resulting from their unlawful misuse of the FTDS website, infringement of another person's rights, or material violation of these Terms.
19. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, subject to applicable federal law and any consumer protections that cannot lawfully be waived.
20. Changes to These Terms
FTDS may update these Terms when our website, products, services, business practices, or legal requirements change.
The effective date at the top of the Terms will indicate the latest version.
When appropriate, we may provide additional notice of material changes.
